Who we are

Information we collect
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry forms — name, email, phone number and your message.
- Identity and financial documents you provide for an engagement, such as CNIC, bank statements, invoices and prior tax filings.
- Basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to understand site performance.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you engage us for.
- To prepare and file returns, registrations and other submissions on your behalf with FBR, SECP and other authorities.
- To meet our own legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Information is disclosed only to the regulatory authorities your engagement requires — such as the Federal Board of Revenue, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, or the Intellectual Property Organization — and to service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Engagement records are retained for the period required by Pakistani tax and corporate law, and for as long as necessary to defend filings we have made on your behalf. Enquiry submissions that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Security
Documents are transmitted and stored using access-controlled systems. Please do not send sensitive documents over unsecured channels — ask us for a secure upload link instead.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain. Write to info@corpexsolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
